Site 17 has been through a massive overhaul, and we’re so excited to pass on the love we’ve poured into our home away from home to its next owners. 

While the trailer details are important, the most spectacular part of this little slice of heaven is the brand new fence, deck, and roof built in June 2023. This outdoor oasis is being offered fully furnished. Here, you have a 6-person gorgeous dining set featuring a wooden tabletop and stunning, fashionable black chairs that are as comfortable as they are beautiful. Centered above is a small black single chandelier, and we’ve also included are six black placemats, six coasters, two dimmable touch lights for an ambient and cozy evening feel, overlooking your unobstructed view of the lake.

The deck also comes with a brand new BBQ (purchased in 2024), a sectional couch with an armchair and two footstools, as well as a fire table. This sitting area is perfect for entertaining guests before and after a meal around the more ‘formal’ table.

The roof is tin above the trailer and clear above the deck to allow for maximum sunshine and protection from the elements. The deck also features secured gates on the front and back side, making trips down to the beach or home from the grocery store quick and easy.

Finally, we’ve also included a few floaties for the water, including a humongous multi-person round floatie with all the bells and whistles.
